Proposed Program Fees for 2026-2027
The Environmental Management Department (EMD) does not depend on general funds for the administration of our programs, so EMD must recover 100% of the cost of program and support staff through fees.
Due to increased cost of living rates as well as costs associated with implementing new and existing State mandated programs, EMD recently conducted a permit fee schedule review. Despite the incorporation of efficiency measures increased costs will require adjustments to existing fees.
